Greetings

It is my great pleasure to invite colleagues from around the world to the 63rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Pediatric Allergy and Clinical Immunology (JSPACI), which will be held on November 28–29, 2026, at Act City Hamamatsu in Hamamatsu, Japan.

The theme of JSPACI 2026, “Living with Allergens — A New Paradigm in Allergy Care and Quality of Life,” reflects a forward-looking vision for the future of allergy science and patient care. Advances in immunology, prevention strategies, and clinical management have significantly transformed our understanding of allergic diseases. In particular, growing insights into epicutaneous sensitization and early intervention have reshaped preventive approaches in pediatric allergy.

This meeting aims to explore how scientific innovation, clinical excellence, public health policy, and societal collaboration can converge to build a sustainable framework in which patients may live safely and confidently while coexisting with allergens.

The scientific program will feature symposia on cutting-edge research in food and environmental allergens, prevention strategies, and translational science. A special session on disaster preparedness will address the challenges of delivering allergy care during emergencies—an issue of increasing relevance in the Asia-Pacific region.

We are honored to welcome internationally recognized leaders in allergy and anaphylaxis, including experts affiliated with the World Allergy Organization (WAO), as well as specialists in global food labeling policy. A keynote lecture on artificial intelligence and data-driven medicine will further explore how emerging technologies may shape the future of allergy prevention and care.
