Online Availability	There will be no live-streaming or on-demand streaming of the scientific program.

Registration Method	Participants are requested to complete their registration and pay the registration fee online.
Payment Method	Credit card payment only. The following cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, American Express, and Discover.

For Students

Students are required to upload a copy of their student ID or an official certificate of enrollment.
Please prepare the document in advance, as it must be uploaded to the registration system.

Receipt

Participants who have completed their registration may download their receipt from the “My Page” section of the registration system.
Please note that receipts will be available for download until 12:00 noon on July 31 (Fri), 2026.

Program Book & Abstract Book

Abstract Book
The abstract book for the 41st meeting will not be printed.
It will be provided in PDF format only.

Program Book (Thin booklet containing the program and general information)

A printed program booklet will be distributed at the conference venue.
Please note that the number of copies is limited, and additional copies will not be available once supplies run out.

Name Badge (Conference Badge)

Badges will not be mailed in advance. They must be printed on-site at the venue.
After completing your registration and payment, you will receive an automatic email containing a QR code for badge printing.
Please bring the QR code with you—either printed on paper or displayed on your smartphone or tablet.
At the “General Registration Desk” located inside the venue, please scan your QR code at the self-service terminal to print your name badge.
After printing, please place the badge in the holder provided at the desk and wear it at all times during the meeting.

Banquet & Asia Spine Welcome Reception

Fee	Open to all conference participants at no additional charge.

Gala Dinner

Important Notes on Registration & Cancellation Policy

The conference will be held on-site only.
No live-streaming or on-demand streaming will be provided.
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable for any reason once payment has been completed.
We kindly ask you to review the details carefully before finalizing your registration.

Registration Procedure

1.　Click the “Registration” button below.

2.　On the registration page, first register your email address.

3.　After email registration, an automatic message will be sent to you.

4.　Please access the URL provided in the email, enter the required information, and proceed with the payment of the registration fee.

Please note that submitting the registration form alone does not constitute a completed registration.
Registration is finalized only after payment has been confirmed.
If payment is not completed, the registration will be considered invalid.

* If you register on-site, you will need to complete the online registration (on-site registration) using your own device.

Visa

A valid passport is required to enter Japan.
Participants from countries that are not under visa waiver program are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan.
If you are uncertain about your visa requirement please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy / Consulate or visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
Participants who need to apply for a Japanese visa, please contact the secretariat office （nsj2026-17amoas@cs-oto.com） after your registration. When contacting the secretariat office, your registration Number is required.
Please be advised to make your visa arrangement as early as possible, as receiving a visa may vary between different countries, and may take a few months.
