DEAR FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES,

Welcome to Osaka, JAPAN!!!
It is my great privilege to welcome all of you to 17th Annual Meeting of ASIA SPINE (ASIA SPINE 2026) that will be held in conjunction with 41st Annual Meeting of Neurospinal Society of Japan at Osaka International Convention Center in Osaka, Japan from June 18-20, 2026.

ASIA SPINE was originally established in 1997 as a platform for academic exchange and friendship between Korean and Japanese neurosurgeons. The region of participation was gradually expanded to East Asia. The first ASIA SPINE Conference was held in Incheon, Korea in 2010. To date, ASIA SPINE has further developed together with Korea, Taiwan, and Japan.

The main theme of ASIA SPINE 2026 has been decided as "Challenges and Solutions: Push the boundaries." Although the sharing of standard medical care, improved surgical safety, and even minimally invasive surgery have been gradually established, there are still many challenges to be resolved in order to further improve the medical and academic level of neurospine surgery. ASIA SPINE 2026 will provide a forum where all participants can carefully examine their individual challenges and find solutions. All participants will experience the latest education, research and innovations in neurospine surgery through the scientific program with the spine technical exhibition. ASIA SPINE 2026 will also prepare the exciting social program of networking events and opportunities for you to collaborate with many colleagues. The venue is located at the center of Osaka City which provides an excellent base to explore the ancient Japanese tradition and culture as well as an excellent access for shopping and sightseeing.
