  • Please register in advance via this online registration page.
  • Cash payments will not be accepted at the venue on the day of the event.

Welcome Reception

There will be a social gathering in the evening of the first day of the meeting.
Date and Time: October 4 (Sat.), 2025, from 7:00 pm
Venue: RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka, West Wing 2nd Floor, "Sanraku" Room
Capacity: Limited to the first 300 participants
Fee: JPY 4,000-（tax included）
Style: Standing Buffet

Name Tag, Receipt and Certificate of Attendance

Name Tag To receive your name tag, please scan the QR code over the ticket issuing machine on the registration desk at the venue that will be issued when you complete your registration. Not available
Receipt To receive your receipt, log in to the My Page of the registration system and download your receipt.
*It is available only in digital format. Please note that we are unable to issue them on paper media or mail them.
Certificate of Attendance It will be attached to the name tag issued at the venue. To receive your Certificate of Attendance, log in to the My Page of the registration system and download your receipt.

*Receipt will be available for download from the middle of September.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we are unable to accept any cancellations, duplicate registration reversals, or refund requests after the payment has been completed, regardless of the reason. Additionally, we are unable to make any changes that involve modifications to the payment amount once the transaction has been finalized. We kindly ask that you review all details carefully before proceeding with payment. Thank you for your understanding.
