We kindly ask that you complete your registration online in advance.
Participants who wish to register on-site are required to complete the online registration using their own device at the venue.
Alternatively, payment in cash (only Japanese Yen) will be accepted on-site.

*1: To qualify for the member rate, you must be a member of Neurospinal Society of Japan.

For Students: Students are required to upload a copy of their student ID or an official certificate of enrollment.
Please prepare the document in advance, as it must be uploaded to the registration system.

Receipt: Participants who have completed their registration may download their receipt from the “My Page” section of the registration system.
Please note that receipts will be available for download until 12:00 noon on July 31 (Fri), 2026.

Name Badge (Conference Badge):
Badges will not be mailed in advance. They must be printed on-site at the venue.
After completing your registration and payment, you will receive an automatic email containing a QR code for badge printing. Please bring the QR code with you—either printed on paper or displayed on your smartphone or tablet. At the “General Registration Desk” located inside the venue, please scan your QR code at the self-service terminal to print your name badge. After printing, please place the badge in the holder provided at the desk and wear it at all times during the meeting.

4. Abstract Book & Program Book

The abstract book for the 41st meeting and the 17th AS meeting will not be printed. It will be provided in PDF format only.

A printed program book will be distributed at the conference venue.
Please note that quantities are limited and may not be available once supplies are exhausted.

10. Poster Awards

Poster awards will be presented, including a Best Poster Award and Excellent Poster Awards.
Recipients will be notified via the meeting website and by email after the meeting.

11. Credits for Neurosurgical Clinical Practice Course

Up to 3 credits for neurosurgical education required for board certification renewal can be obtained at this meeting.
Board-certified neurosurgeons are required to obtain credits in neurosurgical clinical practice courses from 2018 onward (20 credits over a five-year period). At this meeting, participants can earn up to 3 credits.

The eligible sessions are as follows:

How to Obtain Credits

During the meeting, please record your attendance each day by scanning your membership card of the Japan Neurosurgical Society at the “Neurosurgical Education Credit Desk” located in the foyer on the 10th floor of the Osaka International Convention Center when entering and leaving the venue (You are required to scan twice).
Credits will be granted based on the recorded duration of your attendance.
*These credits are applicable for board certification renewal.

12. Educational Seminar on Spinal Surgery

This seminar is organized by the Lifelong Education Committee of the Neurospinal Society of Japan. It is designed to provide fundamental knowledge of spinal disorders for those aiming to become board-certified neurosurgeons of the Japan Neurosurgical Society, and to promote understanding and acquisition of spinal surgical techniques for those seeking certification by the Neurospinal Society of Japan.
*This seminar is available by advance registration only. On-site registration will not be available.
