Call for Abstracts

The Scientific Committee of “the 16th Korea-Japan Joint Conference on Surgery for Cerebral Stroke(KJJC)” invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts for presentations of the Meeting.

Abstract Submission Period

Tuesday, April 25, 2023, JST

12:00pm Wednesday, May 24, 2023, JST
Tuesday, June 6, 2023, JST
Abstract submission is closed.
Early registration is encouraged.
The system will automatically close after the above date. Corrections, registrations and deleting of the abstracts will not be allowed after the deadline.
※A valid passport is required to enter Japan.

Abstract Submission Guidance

All English abstracts must be submitted through the online abstract submission system.
Tables and images are NOT allowed.
To confirm or correct your submitted abstract, please click the “View/Edit” page and enter the Abstract Registration No. and Password. “The 16th KJJC” uses the abstract submission system provided by the University hospital Medical Information Network (UMIN).
For those who have difficulty accessing the online submission system on this website, please contact the secretariat office.

  • Please read the instructions carefully before submission.
  • Before you finish your abstract submission, you are required to enter a password.
  • Please keep your Abstracts Registration No. and the password for confirmation and correction of your abstracts.
  • The secretariat office will not respond to inquiries regarding passwords due to security concerns.

Please use a non-Gmail e-mail address for registration, or log in to the View/Edit page after registration is complete to confirm that your abstract has been submitted.

VISA

A valid passport is required to enter Japan.
Participants from countries that are not under visa waiver program are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan.
If you are uncertain about your visa requirement, please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy / Consulate or visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

Participants who need to apply for a Japanese visa, please contact the secretariat office(kjjc2023@cs-oto.com) after your registration. When contacting the secretariat office, your registration Number is required.
Please be advised to make your visa arrangement as early as possible, as receiving a visa may vary between different countries, and may take a few months.

Notification of Acceptance

The president will respect the authors’ preference but reserves the right to assign the category and make the final decision of acceptance.
The acceptance and the presentation date & time will be notified on the meeting website "Accepted Abstracts" in late August.

Equipment for presentations

The information about the equipment for oral presentation and poster presentation will be made available on the meeting website "Guide for presenters " later.

Notes

Please note that presenters of abstracts are not automatically registered for the conference.
Abstract submission and registration for the conference are handled separately.
Upon acceptance of the abstracts, authors are expected to register and to present their abstracts at the Meeting. Abstracts will be published in the Meeting Abstract Book only if the presenting author is registered for the Meeting with full payment.
