Online Registration

Early Registration	~~Until Tuesday, August 15 2023 at noon (JST)~~ ※Early Registration is closed.
Online Registration after Early Registration closes	Tuesday, August 15 2023 after noon (JST) ～ Wednesday, September 6 2023 at noon (JST)

We encourage you to do online registration in advance in order to avoid congestion at the registration desk on the day of the meeting.
After closing the online registration period, please register on-site on the day of the meeting.

All payment must be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Amex, Diners) for Early Registration and Online Registration.
Students are required to submit a photocopy of their student ID card when registration. Please prepare it in advance as it will be required to upload (attached as a file) on the registration system.

Program & Abstract Book / Certificate of Participation

【Korean participants】

You will receive your program book and Certificate of Participation at the venue.
Please print out the Name Card Exchange ticket from "My Page" and bring it to the Registration Desk on the day of the meeting.

Program & Abstract Book will be available on our website around mid-August.
Details will be announced at a later date.

【Japanese participants】

For those who have registered by August 31 (Thu): Program & Abstract Book and Certificate of Participation will be mailed to you in advance.
For those who register on or after September 1 (Fri.): Please print out the Name Card Exchange ticket from "My Page" and bring it to the Registration Desk on the day of the meeting.

The program and abstracts will be available on our website around mid-August.
Details will be announced at a later date.
