  3. A YELLOW light will be turned on 1 minute before the end of the presentation time and a RED light will be turned on when the presentation time is finished or overdue.
  4. Presenter tools are not available.
  5. If other data (images, movies, graphs, etc.) are linked to the data for presentation, please be sure to save the original data as well and check the operation on other computers in advance.
    Please note that if the link does not open or the video does not work, please proceed at your own responsibility.

  1. Data correction is not available at the PC reception desk.
    Please be sure to check for "garbled text" and "video operation" in advance.
  2. Please prepare your presentation data in Microsoft Power Point and bring it on a USB memory stick.
    The file name for presentation data should be "abstract_name".
  3. Please bring your own PC for using a Mac or video.
    In all cases, please be sure to prepare backups on other media.
    Please prepare video files that can be played with the codecs included in the initial state of Windows Media Player 12 or later version.
  4. Linked data of video files should be saved together in one folder.
  5. The secretariat will be responsible for deleting the presentation data after the conference.
For those who using their own PC
  • D-sub 15-pin (mini) / HDMI video connection cables are available. If you are using other types of equipment, please do not forget to bring the conversion connector and PC power adapter.
  • Please deactivate the settings that may interfere with your presentation, such as wireless LAN functions, screen savers, power-saving settings, task schedules for virus software or others, and log-off settings. Please note that we will not be able to change the above settings at the PC reception desk.
    The secretariat cannot be held any responsible if the above settings interfere with your presentation.
  • Please bring your PC to the operator's desk in the venue at least 15 minutes before your presentation after having your data checked at the PC reception desk.

  1. 画鋲は各ポスターパネルに用意いたします。
  2. 展示パネルに直接書き込むことはできません。
    ポスターは右記の要領で作成してください。
    サイズ 横 90cm × 縦 160cm
    演題番号 事務局で準備いたします。
    演題タイトル 各自にて自作してください。
    (横 70cm × 縦 20cm)
  3. ポスター座長の先生は発表10分前までに、
    ポスター会場前の座長受付までお越しください。
  4. ポスタービューイング
    該当するポスタービューイング時間内には、
    ポスター前にお立ちいただき、座長の進行に従ってください。
  5. 撤去時間終了時に残されているポスターに関しては
    事務局にて破棄しますのでご了承ください。
