Early registration is encouraged.
The system will automatically close after the above date. Corrections, registrations and deleting of the abstracts will not be allowed after the deadline.

Abstract Submission Guidance

  • Abstracts should be written in English.
  • No chart and graphics should be included in the abstract.
  • Abstracts must be submitted through the online abstract submission system.
Title of Abstract Limited to 25 words
Presenting Author/ Co-authors Limited to 10 authors
Institutions Limited to 5 institutions
Abstract Body Limited to 250 words

  • Before you finish your abstract submission, you are required to enter a password.
  • When your abstract submission is completed, ID and Password will be sent to your registered Email. Please keep them for confirmation and correction of your abstracts.
  • When you wish to confirm or correct your abstracts, please click on “Submit /View / Edit” button and login to “View / Edit” page with ID and Password.
  • For those who have difficulty accessing the online submission system on this website, please contact the secretariat office.

Participants from countries that are not under visa waiver program are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan.

Participants who need to apply for a Japanese visa, please contact the secretariat office (nsj2023-14amoas@cs-oto.com) after your registration. When contacting the secretariat office, your registration Number is required.
Please be advised to make your visa arrangement as early as possible, as receiving a visa may vary between different countries, and may take a few months.
